You might be here because…

Something brought you here today.

Struggling with food & body

You have a complicated relationship with eating or your body, and the loneliness that can come with it.

Lost in life's transitions

A move, a new country, a career shift, or any other big change is making you feel unsure of who you are or where you belong.

Carrying hidden shame

That quiet weight that follows you everywhere, the feeling that you're not enough, or that something is fundamentally wrong with you.

Never feeling you belong.

The feeling of being on the outside looking in; no matter how hard you try to connect, something keeps you at a distance.

Hiding your true self

You mask feelings, opinions, or behaviours to fit in or avoid rejection, yet this leads to emotional exhaustion, low self-esteem, and social isolation.

“The only normal people are the ones you don't know very well.”

— Alfred Adler
